Kudos to Ralph Schomp Mini Service

Just wanted to say kudos to the the Service Dept. at Ralph Schomp Mini Cooper. Took my 05' down there for some Warranty work on a Saturday no least. . Leaking Engine Mount, Bad Wheel Speed Sensor, and slow leaking thermostat. They told me 3 hours it took 3 hours and 10 minutes. Called my cellphone when it was done, washed the car, tested drove the car, used seat and floormat covers.

In and out..no questions asked..that is what I want from a dealer!

Yup - Schomp is a very good dealer, and a great supporter of our MINI5280 club.
Why can't dealers understand that for the most part it is not the price of their new cars that bring back customers, but rather the service they give that makes people return to buy another vehicle? We own two cars that we purchased from Schomp; the MINI & a Honda CR-V. If at all possible we will purchase our next vehicle from Schomp as well.

Same items on my '05 MCS (except wheel speed sensor) I dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by noon.

Ever since my first MINI in the summer of '02, each and every encounter I've had with the service department at Schomp has been terrific!

Just want to add my ***** rating for Schomp's service techs. Previously had an '05. Each time I took it in for service they were courteous, professional, thorough. Explained what they did and did more than they promised. Even gave me a loaner once for a 2 hour service. Their quality was a significant factor in my recently purchasing my '07 MCS from Schomp.

Hi guys, not only the service is good, Schomp MINI has great sale manager as well. Had encountered a few issues when purchasing my 07 MCS there, Ray V. took care of everything instantly. His professionalism and customer service skills are unmatched. I would definitely purchase another car from them.

Yeah, Rob is awesome he took good care of me with my 03 warranty work.

Ray has been helping me with delays in shipping of my on order 07. He even called me on Sat to tell me he was still looking into it. E-mailed me this am to tell me he would call me with an update today when he got in.

BTW- has anyone had their ordered 07, get stuck on the dock and missed 4 boats??? What was the outcome?

Service Much Improved

Things haven't always been rosy at Schomp's service, but I agree they've gotten pretty darn good over the past 6 months or so; very courteous, very knowledgable, very prompt, very thorough (although, do you think it just a coincidence that wear items are automatically replaced while still under factory warranty?). On the other hand, the Mini sales department needs to be reminded that Schomp may not be the only Mini dealer in Colorado forever.
