H-spor sway bar question (pic)

Purchased the car with the sway bar already on, just curious if there is a way to find out which mm it is and what setting its on. I assume it is on the stiffest setting but i'm not sure. If it is should i bump it down???

That is the stiffest setting. Try the other holes out and find what you like. It's all personal preference or weather conditions that deturmine your setting. I guess it could also depend on your other suspension settings. At anyrate, in the winter I move to the middle or soft setting on my 22mm bar. This is to eliminate the tendensy to spin out on snow. But any other time, its on stiffest...I love oversteer.
