Again our club has been asked to help with the arrival of the 2008 Autos. As you know Hendrick doesn't have enough people to show the Mini's. In the past your parking is paid for and you will pull a 4 hour shift. You just explain that you are not a salesperson, but that you own a MINI. This is really alot of fun and you get to see all the New 2008 Autos and meet alot of interesting people. Hendrick has always compensated us by giving us grab bags of MINI stuff, ie details, oil changes, T-shirts, etc. If you would like to do this if you will post and give me an time and date you could do this. I will probably cover Thursday and if anyone else can do that with me great. We need at least 2 people per 4 hour shift. The event will be downtown at the convention center thursday thru Sunday. Post and give me date and time morning or afternoon or evening. More details will follow as they become available. Here are the times that need to be covered: Everyone please advise me of the times you can do. If you can not do times that I have you down will try and work you in somewhere else. Thursday and Friday are long shift and we can go over or under to meet the needs as long as someone is there. If yu have one of these 5-6 shifts please wait til your replacement shows up. Can I switch shifts (from the Friday PM session to the Friday AM session), or can I simply be added to the Friday AM session, allowing someone else to take my Friday PM shift?

 

Chris, already have two for Friday 12-5 or 6pm. If someone does move to friday eve, I will swap you, but really need you there 6-1000 if possible. I still waiting for others to sign on board. Some people only read the post every week or so. If it is a problem please let me know. Luke
