R50/53 first impressions on TSW springs
first impressions on TSW springs
For those interested...
got TSW springs on the car. as well as new tires and R90s. Its a 06 MCS.
first thing I noticed is that the car feels much much more stable. As it was kind of jumpy with the crappy stock springs, it is now very predictable and stable. Rides feels a lot smoother(also due to new non runcrap tires) I went with KDW2s. Car feels like the suspension is softer almost. Even though it is a higher spring rate technically.
The drop looks just right. Enough drop to get some more - camber to the wheels.
Car definitely looks and rides better around town. Still don't know yet about spirited driving. Have a track date in December and tires are still pretty slick because they are new. Will have pics and more input on the springs later...

great folks....
Good to hear. I can't wait until they release springs for the R56. Really good folks, from the area & very, very knowledgeable about the products (super-experienced track & AX drivers too.)
