High/Low beams

High/Low beams
Over the wekend I got some Silvania silverstars to upgrade my head lights. I opened the cover plate to access the bulbs. I do not see how to change it out. I did change the one in my 04. But the holder is different on my 06. How do I undo the latch holding the bulb in place?

I just changed my low beams to new OEM GE H7s. I have an 02 and it just had a metal clip. Pull off the connector and check this link...
