Anyone have suggestions of a good detailing shop near Gastonia? Don't really want to drive all the way to Hendrick. Even though Gastonia has a million car washes, not really sure if I trust them with my cabrio...

Yes, just don't leave it to anyone. I have used AutoBell and they do good car wash. If your going to have it detailed, well I have only done it myself and let Hendrick do, they do a great job takes them 3-4 hours. It takes me 8-10 when I do it myself. Sometimes it just pays to pay and have it done.

 

Luke, will Hendrick do clay bar and ragg topp for my cabrio?

 

I know they do a great job, but don't think they claybar them. Wife has convertable also and they can clean the top like new.

 

Were you able to find a good place in Gastonia? I would be interested in knowing who you tried and if they did a good job

 

Never found anyone in Gastonia, but I used CMILLER18. His post is in this thread. He did a great job and is based in Charlotte.

 

if you want it done nicely, you can come to autobell on south blvd, between woodlawn and tyvola. that's where i work. i'm the only one with a goatee up there. if i'm cleaning another car, you're kinda SOL, but i could see about washing your car

 

I am assuming thats in Charlotte right? I am new and dont know where that is.

 

yeah, it's in charlotte. if you're on 77, you'll see the exit for both woodlawn, and tyvloa. if you're going south, then woodlawn would be first.
