I'm sorry, I don't know.
Find the right fuse or disconnect the battery if it keeps up (so as to not drain the battery completely)
?
But I suggest you try placing this in the "Electrical" forum and/or the Stock problems forum, and that you title it "HELP! Brake Light Stuck On" or something. IMO, you will have a better chance of someone who CAN help answering your distress call. (Although, I must admit that your title DID catch my attention.
)
Good luck.

thanks for the advice im going to start the thread in another area so mods can either shut this down or move this before i do in ten minutes (gotta make sure its still relevant in the light of the day i couldnt tell if it was still on but now that its dark again it should show)
The Center High Mount Stop Lamp is controlled by the body control module. If the side brake/tail lights function normally and the center light is the only thing stuck on, chances are pretty good that the body control module is defective. In some cases, disconnecting the battery for a period of time can reset a 'confused' module. There are also rare cases of water from a leaking windsheild or sunroof dripping on the module, creating corrosion in the connector contacts and causing strange electrical gremlins like this.
