I was just wondering if anyone here knew how to force the headlight washers to pop out so I can watch it work....any clues?

 

Have someone inside the car cycle the windshield washers a few times, the headlight washers should spray after so many windshield wash cycles.

 

Make sure the headlights are on first though. I tried this and after wasting about 3/4 of my washer fluid with no results (and ALOT of frustration), turned the lights on and BAM!

 

Right, thanks Drillslinger. I forgot that the lights need to be on.

 

I think those German engineers were sitting around one day and one says, "What can we add to the MINI to make it even more cool but has no functional advantage whatsoever?".

Of course, it sounded more like, "Herr Schmidt, Vas Ist Los?". "Nix, Vas Ist Los Mit You, Frau Wagner?"

And so it we have them... headlight washers.

What good are they without any headlight wipers (which are also pretty silly) to at least TRY to wipe off some of the dead bug guts ?

 

I believe the lucky number of turning on the wipers w/ washer is 3. At least thats what the book says...
