Classic Books
Classic Books
Hi,
I'm looking for a couple of good books on the classic Mini. I'm looking for information on this history and models. I'm an old MG person and I've got "Original MGA" and "Original MGB". Those are pretty nice and I know there's one for the Mini, I'm sure I could find one of those. Is there a better one?
I've tried to search these forums for the last couple of days to see if this has been asked before, but the search function hasn't been working for me.
Thanks,
Joe Freeland

The Rees book is a great place to start, yes. I love my copy - it lists all the models from the very first with detailed descriptions of what changed in each model. It also goes into the foreign marques (Innocenti, etc.) and the luxury models (the Riley Elf, etc.). Well worth the price IMHO.
It's not a book, but a great web site for everything from British Leyland...
