spark plugs

which spark plugs are you guys using to replace the originals? are they already gapped? thanks for any info. i have a 2003 mc cvt.

These are the OE plugs, I believe.

Stick with either those or an equivilant. People talk about the +4 Bosch plugs and Denso is another choice. I just pulled an OE plug and got the same ones to put back in. Already gapped, no need to set it. Just a little anti-seize and you're good to go.

Checked my OE plugs at 36k and didn't like the looks of things. Replaced with NGK ZFR6F-11's - these are the standard single side electode plugs @ +/- $2 - car smoothed out at idle and better driveabilty. Will be replacing every 30k from now on. '03 MC CVT
