MINI of St. Louis

On my way out to St. Louis this past weekend for a volleyball tournament I got a code in my 07 MCS for an external light. Since my dealer back in PA is 3 hours away and these guys were near the playing site I thought I would just stop to ask if it was something I could fix on my own. They were really busy but they pulled it in right away and checked it out. Even though they were scheduled full they took care of it on the spot, asked if I needed anything else while I was there and so I also had them do an oil change and tire rotation. I was 800 miles from home so it wasn't like they knew they would get a new customer but still went out of the way to help me. Thanks to SA Rick Drezek for all his help. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the service area too, a lot different from your normal auto repair place. Mini of St. Louis gets a big 5 from me for their handling of my situation.

Rick is a good guy. I am glad they were able to take care of you.

Right now MINI shares the service area with the BMW dealer so they get booked quickly, but a new building is almost done for BMW, so MINI will have the entire service area to themselves soon. That should make it even better.

This is all good to hear 'cus I bought my mini in St. Louis and was wondering about the service dept. Hopefully won't have to visit 'til next june for 1st sched. maint.,since we're 200 mi. away.Haven't had any problems with the mini at all I did stop in @ delivery and picked up an oil filter and it looked like the parking area was quite cramped, but the service area was clean !

I haven't been back for service yet, but I have to give MINI of St. Louis a big thumbs up. If you need a MA, give Mark a call. Good people there.
