Rear Sway bar

I have just got the TSW springs, now I am looking for a rear sway bar.
However, I do not know which one should I get (18MM,19MM, 21MM or 22MM)???. Keep in mind that I do around 3-4 track days and 4-5 auto-x events a year...and I the MCS is not my daily driver...it has just turned into the weekend toy.

I would consider an adjustable bar; your range of driving venue is as big as it gets. What works on a track is almost not suitable for autoXing and if you install camber plates, you will more than likely find that a big bar is too much for anything but an autoX event.

The Webb Bar works well, but it costs around $500.00. I have one and I like almost everyhting about it.

Talk to Waylen at Way Motorworks. He hooked me up with the H-Sport 25mm Comp bar.. Love it!

If you are racing to be competitive, I would look into the rules and regulations for the class you are in. Some classes do not allow rear sway bars. If you are just driving more for your own enjoyment, then pick whichever size bar you think will work best for you and enjoy!

22mm adjustable is the way to go.

I'm afraid if I go 22mm I will make the car too tail happy and at high speed at the track that might not be a good thing...so that being said I'm leaning towards a 19mm bar.

Alta 22 and 19 have multiple adjustment points so you can dial them in somewhat.

Check out the Ireland Engineering one. Fully adjustable and it comes with new endlinks.

I would have suggested a 19mm if you didn't inlcude autoXing. But that size is a perfect size in my opinion for things non-adjustable. You get more of what you want without fear of the backend passing the front end...not always fun

I use the 22mm hollowed Ireland, noisy at low speed due to the bottom rod ends - cheap, which I changed already - but works great with infinity adjustability.

A MCS is never to loose on the rear to oversteer, if it tends to, just give more gas and it will pull you off the oversteer, Ask me how I know... :-)
