August 18 Saturday Breakfast/Hangin' at Hendricks

For our Saturday fast breaking I thought we might try Denny's for the more budget conscious among us. I discovered one up on Sunset Road just off of I-77. Let's meet 8-8:30 and head down to Hendrick after scarfing a Grand Slam. :-)

1. Chris and Ann
2. Jason and April
3. Dave
4. SueG
5. Luke

Once again I enjoyed breakfast with you guys. Anna, Daniel and Sue it was very nice meeting you, and Luke, I can't believe it was 30 minutes before I knew who you were-shaven and all. I hope to see you Tues. evening at the meet and eat.

Tim

Had fun at breakfast this morning! It was good to see Luke's brother there. What's that? That was Luke? Wow. Didn't go to the dealership because I had the coffee sampling at Northlake, so Dave followed us home, and I spanked him at Gran Turismo 4, MINI to MINI. An Indi Blue vs. Chili Red MCS. Heck, I beat him with a Honda Odyssey minivan and a Honda Element. I think he'll get the hang of it, and get good.
Sue, thanks for coming to the coffee sampling! Hope you enjoyed it, and know you will love the coffee!

I wish I could have been there to see that. Think of all the disappointed children. Santa HAS to have a beard.

Quite a morning for me, power went out at the house after I left, (idiot hit a pole), so wifey came and took my MINI and left me my truck 'cause "she can't be seen in a Bubba truck", then Jason SPANKED me with that GT4 game, he has a cool set up and it is VERY realistic, especially as you're repeatedly hitting immovable objects. ;-)

Good to see everybody and honorable mention to Chris' new wheels! They look TINY even though they're 16 inchers, and being under 14 lbs, they should really help at the auto-X events...

Double honorable mention to Luke's M7 parts! The diffuser would make my life miserable and that wing would make it wonderful--oh, wifey...
