Borealis,

I'd second the motion to check out mini2.com as there's much more of a European focus.

AC Schnitzer, Hartge, Graham Good Racing (GGR), Digi-Tech, Maxi-Tuner, and others have kits available that include a pulley. There have been several posts comparing the performance of each if you search on these names.

I'm thinking Randy needs to consider expanding his current US tour and go to Europe to start the "Pully Party World Tour". I bet there are moe than a few astute europeans who would like the undisputed king of pulley installations to come over the pond to bless their cars.

And Randy if this happens I'm hoping to get a tour shirt out of it.

Hey, after Randy teaches me how to do them at my shop in Dallas this weekend, I'll come over there! I need a hundred (100) sign-ups though. If you guys get organized, I'll do it!

borealis75-

Why not try one of the above mentioned tuners? I know AC Schnitzer, Hartge and Digi-Tec are all within a driving distance from you. With them you will pay a little more, but you get the pulley, ecu upgrade and exhaust if you wish. You also get a warranty to boot. And you don't have to wait for 99 more people to sign up.

My 2 cents anyways.

No. I'm not kidding, I think it would be fun. If I have 100 cars, I would have enough to where I could cover travel costs, etc. I could do 6 cars per day.

Assuming that, as a foreign service provider, I don't have to add any taxes, my price will be $410 done out the door. That's only a little more than Randy does them at the pulley events here in the USA. I'm counting on volume to make it worthwhile.

Another thing that would make it worthwhile is some of that fine French wine you mentioned!

Ok...so does this price include the pulley or not?
Moreover, will you need tools here (pulley remover...etc ?)...

And for the wine, it will be ok ! but after the swaps...and if not, I want to be the first !

Oh I forgot, I need two floor jacks, not the compact kind. The four wheel kind. Also, if you can't get 100 cars I can still do it but at a higher price. You see I'm trying to spread the travel cost over as many cars as possible. I could also do two or three lolcations but it would be better to do them in a central Europe location (Germany?, Frankfurt?). It doesn't really matter except for airport access.

Let me know. You should put this event on Euro MINI websites as well. Good luck!

I'm obsessed with MINIS and we can have a great time!

Wow did tiid this thread go dead or what! We did a bunch of pulleys in the shop this last weekend and all of them had owners grinning ear to ear! What's up with Europe? No S cars? I thought that this event would fill up pretty quickly.

I got my pulley done this weekend, and I can vouch for Graham's skills. I'm sure he would be willing to do any number of other upgrades as well. Sort of your one-stop shop for MINI upgrades.
