What to do for the back window

Ok, I knew the rear got the majority of the grime on this car but after a long trip starting with a very clean car - whew it was dirty in know time. So, what have people done to help with this since there's no rear wiper on a cabrio. Rain-x? Hydro used a a QD? Go fast enough you don't have to look behind you?

Keep the top down and your window will stay clean!
Actually there is nothing you can do - the back of the MINI (rag or tin top) gets filthy. I do put Epic on all my windows, but it won't prevent a dirty rear glass; just makes it easier to clean.

A small bottle of DP's Clarity and a mf in the boot is my answer. A quick wipe and good as new.

the top down 95% of the time helps a lot keeping that back window clean, for the other 5 % RainX and others like it help as well.

you warm weather people make me jealous

I keep a packet of wipes in the boot and wipe, wipe, wipe. Especially if I know it's going to rain. Otherwise, the top is down so it's not an issue

How about knocking the rear window out? That will force you to keep the top down (assuming you need to be forced to do that).

Let's see - clean the back window or clean the back of my son's head - hum? BTW, my son kept asking me to put down the roof but with all our pillows and his toys in the back seat I didn't think that was a good idea at 70mph.

but it would be easy to find your way back to Texas ... just follow the trail of toys he tossed out.

You could clay it, using some spent stuff from before. I've been told that the grit won't scratch the glass. It might make water sheet off it better, especially with RainX or Epic, Hydro, w/e you've got on it.

Considering when the top is up, I can't really see out of the back window anyway, clean or otherwise, I don't bother with it! I have learned from my darling husband that the rear view mirror is not necessary. While I still glance in it everyonce and a while, I utilize my side ones. And if you are going down the highway, why do you need to look out the back window anyway!?
But, mostly, I have the top down. But I do understand with all your son's stuff, that would be a tad hard.
