So, i just had to have an aero grill set up, i installed the upper aero grill with the fasteners from the original grill (just as instructed), then all the tabs ended up just popping right off within a matter of 2 days , carrying the fasteners with them. awesome.

I ordered a replacement grill and have nothing to hold it in place. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can use for the new grill?

purchased my 03 from las vagas mini with areo kit installed. after 6 mos front bumper, side skirts, ect were all loose. few months after that the washer nuts(?) all popped off (except for the two in the center) of the upper areo grill. ultra low tech but effective answer... smallest zip ties available cinched tight as poss. w/ needle nose pliers around the posts on the grill that come through the hood.
cheesy but effective. best of luck

 

a DRILL and some screws from lowes will solve nearly any problem. (yeah thats right NAM I said the "D" word)
