I'm now MINIless

After going back and forth on whether to sell my MINI over the past year, I finally sold it yesterday. It was the first time another person has driven it since I bought it new March 2004 and it looked so damn cool going down the road! Oh well, it sat in my garage for months on end without being driven so it was nice to see it go to a good home. The buyer, Benny, was very happy and enthused so please welcome him to the MINI community as I bid farewell... for now anyway.

That must have been a bittersweet decision. Sorry that you are now MINIless, but glad that your MINI went to a good home where he'll be driven enthusiastically. I'm sure he was glad to stretch his legs after sitting in the garage.

Good for Benny!!! Your MINI sounds like it's in good hands!!

You know what is really funny?? More and more stories are circulating about owners who are selling that really work hard to make sure their MINIs go to a good home. Isn't that interesting??? Apparently it's very hard for folks to treat a MINI like "any ol' car!!!

Bittersweet...I know you LOVED your MINI but it sounds like it went to a good home Rick.... Hope to still see you around though...

Aw, shucks, Rick. It must have been rough to see your MINI drive away. Did Benny extend you visitation rights?
