Sunroof Flag on R56

Hi,

am interested in the cooperflags.com customized sunroof flag..

but i have 2 questions:

1) what is the difference between the Solid (which i undertand) and the Perforated (which i dont understand) Sunroof flag? any pictures to compare?

2)
do you have anywhere here in SoCal (LA) that is the best.. to let them fix the flag on my car's sunroof? and how much would it cost?

Perforated has little holes on it so that light can enter through the sunroof. Its like the sunroof blind installed on R56s

The perforated graphic will last for about 2 years from everything I've read, the non-will last about 5.

I've got a perforated sunroof graphic on my 05 MCS from Cooper Flags.

The life of the perforated can be extended beyond 2 years if it's taken care of. I keep mine clean, treat it with 303 protectant, and it doesn't sit out in the hot sun all the time. When it's at home it's parked in the garage, and when it's at work it parked in a parking structure.

I live in TX where the sun and heat can be a problem, but I also make sure to treat the sunroof graphic with the same care that I do the rest of the vehicle. Mine was put on in July of 05, and it still looks just as good today as it did back then.
