FYI Factory Fix - Scratched Rear Side Wind.
For Convertibles -- Not sure if it's been covered...but there's a factory replacement policy ONLY IF CUSTOMER COMPLAINS on scratched rear windows (the rear 1/4 windows).
Mine suddenly had crecent shapped scratches on one side. I complained (car still under warrenty) and they said there's a builitin out that covers replacement of both windows, regulator and new seals. Apparently stuff falls into the mechanism and then scratches the windows. I don't have the bulitin number yet. But it's out there!
