Looks like the guardrail WON.

Hope to have him back by end of JUNE.
I'm gonna miss him.

Doesn't look too bad. Why will it take that long to repair??

They have just ordered the parts today. So I imagine it will take a week for the parts to get here, then give them week and a half to finish. I was thinking maybe around the 23 or 24th.

Oh. Well, sorry it happened, but glad it wasn't worse. But --- no pics of the guardrails, so can't really tell who won.

It looks like your plastic trim is painted gloss black, that looks awesome! I want to do mine like that, but maybe satin.

Sorry about your MINI, glad you didn't get hurt.

See I leave town and you try to show how your MINI would fair in a duel with a stationary object. Let this be a lesson to everyone, only the Peterbilts win versus the guard rails. Sorry you will be without your ride, if you start to have any sort of withdrawals, or a sincere desire to do some twisties, call me I think we can arrange something.

Man, do I hate to see that. Your car is so nice it kills me to see it scratched. I'll never forget the thrill of following you in on my 1st Dragon run. You set a great example of how it COULD be done, and I got to listen to those beeootiful Dinan pipes.

Ouch. Guardrail damage on the driver's side; how and where did that happen?

Love the way you'd done your arches as well.

bamatt: 280 Collision The only place in Birmingham to get body repair.
Louispup: I-20 bout mile marker 170 coming west bound.

Well I wont have the MINI for the Meet & Eat but hopefully the week after.

As for as the lake party in June, I was still unalble to touch base with lawdog, so this may need to be planned for later this summer.

Is that Joe Hudson's? Because that is the place I would recommend... except I have only used the Valleydale location with very good results

I wouldnt recommend the 280 Hudsons - they lost a bunch of bed liner parts for my pickup. I'll never go back.

I can't speak for 280 Hudsons but I had a car repaired at the Valleydale Road one & my boss did also. Both paint jobs were outstanding & I am quite hard to please in this area. On my boss' Lexus, at pick up I went around the entire car & inspected every square inch top to bottom (my boss wanted to just drive off because all looked good to him from 5 feet away ) & I found one slight imperfection on a fender. Hudson's fixed that one booboo in a few hours & the Lexus was perfect looking once again.

Well I hate the Guardrail won. I hope you get your car back fast!!!

I had a little run in with a big rock about a month ago and then a big hole in the road last week which broke my exhaust Manifold. I'm guessing by the fact the big rock hit the exhaust that is pulled on the Manifold which broke it.
Anway I went aftermarket with it and now have a Alta Header back system.
