Which Software for low end torque?

I'm thinking about upgrading the software on my 2003 MCS JCW.
Currently I have a Mini Madness CAI with the Alta Silicone Snorkel & Screamin Demon Coil with LiveWires.
Based on the the JCW kit hardware and the above mods, which Dinan stage should I request? 5 or 6? How much HP/Torque gain should I expect?
Are there other software options that are as good or better?

I wouldn't bother with the Dinan software, it is tuned for different things then you have. The dinan cars have a larger throttle body and a different fueling system. It would probably make worse hp/tq.
Your best option would be to get a tune on a dyno.
