Ralph Schomp MINI Pit Stop!

Certified MINI Technician Justin Brown will be heading up the Pit Stop this year. Along with his crew, Justin will be at MITM to offer basic MINI services such as oil, water, air, adjustments, limited diagnosis, and more. Further, Justin will be in a position to offer his professional recommendation for services that cannot be provided offsite.

Attendees of MITM should rest assured that if you suffer or experience a Motoring difficulty, Ralph Schomp MINI and their staff will be there to assist you.

We are happy to have Ray and his crew of Justin, Rene Watson, Shelly Saucedo and everyone else at MITM once again.

Is this the same crew that helped out the guy who had two flat tires and bent rims? That had to be the best customer service I have ever heard about.

 

Last year's victim was Ron Watt from S Texas who bent a rim and broke a tire on the Western Dragon. Schomp outfitted him with a set of rims and tires to get himself home, then got him the replacement if memory serves me. He has nothing but appreciation for them (it was a SATURDAY) since they got him back running and on the road home.

Maybe Ron will post here about the episode. Rick and I talked to him recently at the Dragon...he will be back in his PW MCSC.

Ralph Schomp MINI will be providing "Pit Stop" service to all attendees of MITM2 and their rides. A few more details:

• Ralph Schomp MINI will have a factory trained Service Advisor onsite both Friday and Saturday
• Ralph Schomp MINI will have a factory trained Service Technician onsite both Friday and Saturday
• Justin Brown, Service Manager, will be leading the RSM crew this year (as he does at the dealership)

Aside from giving basic technical advice, Ralph Schomp MINI and it's staff will provide:

• Oil topped off as needed
• Fluid checks and fills
• Wiper Blade inspection and replacement
• Battery test and replacement
• Tire inspection and air
• Rotation services

Ralph Schomp MINI will also have jacks and air compressors and they will be able to do basic inspections on your vehicles.

Please plan to stop by the Ralph Schomp MINI " Pit Stop " right next to the parking structure at MITM2. You and we will be glad you did.
