Is There A Seat Delete Kit for Cabrios?

I'm interested in the "Seat Delete" kit, but haven't seen any info on retail websites indicating whether there is a Cabrio-friendly version or not. FWIW: I drive a 2005 HO MCCa.

Wind blowing into the boot would be the most obvious drawback, but I'm imagining there would be some sort of barrier available to close the boot off from the cabin if such a thing exists as a "Seat Delete: Cabrio Edition".

Please chime in if you've got an idea or two...

Interesting question. I have thought about that also. I wanted to take it to another level and make the open space behind the front seats into a pickup truck bed. Maybe with a different roll bar to increase the useable space.

Cheers,
Jack

Hmmm... Interesting concept... Where's your ragtop gonna go? Or are you going to have a custom top built???

Pete Foglia and Minspeed (used to be MyMini until the BMW credit card people took that from him) have eaxctly this product in development. Check with him to see if he has it out or can give you one to test out for him.
He developed it for people who want more storage / carrying capacity and only need two seats.

I would be interested in seeing that. Although, I have to say. I had the seats out of my cabrio for about a month and it was LOUD.
