Automatic Transaxle Fluid Change

My '06 MCSCa is a couple miles from hitting 20K miles, and I am strongly considering changing out the tranny juice for Amsoil ATF. The AMsoil website lists their synthetic ATF for our application. My question is. Where can I find good, reliable instructions on how to perform this. I want to make sure that I am changing out all the fluid, torque converter and all.

This will be interesting. On a Corvette I recently did we had to disconnect the line from the converter to the cooler and start the engine. Pumped a ton of fluid out and if you aren't ready you will have a mess. Turned out relatively simple though.
