I've seen some die cast MINIs that look like what you're describing.

 

My bargain was yesterday at Walmart..... 1:87 Italian Job MINIs. Red ones & blue ones $1.00 !! The Reel Rides Brand/Malibu International.
They're sweet...hard plastic cases. They were in the clearance section of the store here in Denver,CO

 

I hear ya. I have the 1:24 and 1:18 Hot Orange Cabrio models from the dealer, but really would like to find the 1:12 version (that I could afford).

 

i was at "Dollar General" today thay had "City Cruiser" Diecasts , Found an Orange mini cooper S convertible ... $2

 

I'll have to check, I may have that one. If not...time to head to Dollar General.

 

I have 3 sets of the IJ red and blue, in the protecto paks I picked up at a Walmart, and also 1 orange MINI Convertable I picked up at Dollar General PM me if interested.

I just got back from Germany and I was able to pick up a few die cast MINI's.

I got a 1:87 Herpa Clubman which was available in black or silver (both with the silver roof) and a couple of Siku 1:64 scale cars. One of the Sikus is a Polizei car.

I also got a 1:64 scal red cooper made by Welly and a yellow 1:43 scal made by some Chinese company. The name escapes me right now. I saw several more that I did not pick up. They seemed to be everywhere over there.

 

I'm not sure if this Mini is a new one, but I found this at Wal-Mart. I only saw it in the five pack.

 

it's not new, but it's one of the newer ones out there.

One of my Husband's friends found the new All-Star MINI's for me at Target yesterday. I just saw them on E-bay the night before. talk about fast service. I got the white one that is all modified with rims, stripes and a chrome engine.

I BEEN LOOKING FOR A WHILE FOR A COOPER S LASER BLUE OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO IT...BUT WITH OUT THE WHITE OR BLACK BONNET OR ROOF...HAVE U EVER HEARD OR SEEN ONE OF THIS MODEL...DOESN'T MATTER THE SIZE...THANK FOR THE HELP

 

Your best bet is to check E-bay. that is where we find what is new out there. I'm sure that there is a Laser Blue out there.

I havent' seen a model that is all Laser Blue. I believe the Mini dealer has one that's laser blue w/ white roof and bonnet stripes. You could always get one and paint over it.

IT'S OKAY - YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL...WE'LL ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS! Just kidding. The robot (although I'm not the original poster of this picture) is available (or used to be) through MINIUSA as an accessory or toy. THey're not really a transformer, since the robot is....well...immobile. You can't bend anything and only a few pieces move. Which is why MINE broke.

kreative thank you....i think thats why i'll have to do get one with the stripes and paint over it....

 

Sorry - when it broke (and I couldn't fix it with glue...) I had to throw it away. I don't think MINIUSA does it anymore since I can't find it again! The MINIUSA website used to have the robot configurator on the site, so you could have it as a desktop thing. Alas, it is no more...
