I finally found 3 of the Mini Van Matchbox cars at Target! I was so excited I bought all 3. Opened one to line up with my other cars and put the other two with my other unopened hot wheels Minis.

Okay I've got some JLs to trade (or sell). I went to that flea market I was telling you about and managed to find a full set of the Johnny Lightning, Italian Job MINIs - Clean AND original run (silver metal bottoms and English only choke warning).
Here's what I have:

Purchase or Trade Value: $3/US each. I'd rather trade (it's more fun) if anybody has any of the older HW Pop Off Minis in Blue, Green or Black. Or, just let me know what you have and we can talk. If you don't have a trade, you can have these for what I paid for them.

Well, I knew it was too good to be true. I found all three MINI Robot models on the Morristown MINI site for $16 each. I already have the silver one, so I ordered red and blue. The order went through and now, a week later, they tell me the order is canceled because they don't have them (discontinued).
So.....if anyone has an extra red or blue robot or knows where I can get them, I'm looking. And does anyone know if the yellow one shown on the back of the package was ever made?

I managed to snag two of the Super Chromes at my local Target the other day. The package on one is nice, but the other one is banged up, so the nice one goes in a protecto and the nasty one gets opened! I'll keep my eyes peeled for more.

Helps that we're only 1 state apart. 
I am enjoying them tremendously. In fact I took the red one to work since it is almost an exact replica of my car (gives me some hope while I wait for mine to get here :impatient), and it is staring at me from the top of my computer monitor as I type.

It seems like the MB and HW cars spread across the US from east to west. You east coasters are all talking about the MINIs and Minis being all gone from the stores before they even start showing up here in Vegas! I've been to 5 different Targets in the last week and a half and have only found 1 super chome that even listed the Mini on the back of the card! I've also been in 4 or 5 Walmarts and a KMart looking for the MB Austin van with no joy yet. But they'll get here soon. And I'll buy hundreds of them!!! Hahahahahahahahaha....

Got my Road & Track today (September issue) and there is a cool insert with MINI trading cards inside. I know it's not diecast/models but still thought you all might be interested.
Did anyone see my idea about building a slot car track at the Dragon next year? I'm guessing it's either a bad idea or no one saw it.

Yes, the trading cards are new. There is already a set for sale on eBay.
