I've never been to a mod party, or any Indy MINI gathering. I don't have any mods planned, but I would love to stick my nose into some engin bays to see what other's have accomplished.

Would it be alright if I stopped by to see what's happening with everyone...If a date is determined.

 

I can't speak for Way, it'd be his decision, but in general, tuning parties wind up being a social gathering as much as a mod party, lots of times folks come out just to hang out, and not necessarily do anything to their car. It's a win-win--you get to see what may or may not work for you, and a vendor gets a potential new customer down the road, so if we ever get anything together, hope to see you there....

I'm down for this! New to Indiana and I've been looking to get some things done. I have a pulley/belt sitting in my passenger seat right now, but don't have the install tools. I definitely want that installed and would need a DT tensioner stop.

Also in my mind are the WMW ignition package, JCW injectors, and a tune, but I have to ponder those a bit more.

 

Will see if we can work on setting up a Mod Party. Will post back here if we can get a time and place set up.

 

I'm still interested, but time is running short--I hit the track early July, after that, no mods until Novemeber...

 

I will actually be working in Indy this Memorial day weekend. Please email me and we'll see if we can get everyone's cars done.

Spring is almost here! Let's set a plan in motion to get Way in Indy for a Mod Party early this spring! So who else is excited to get something done soon!

This is what I am after.. KW V2 with the TSW springs. We also added the H-sport rear camber links and the H-Sport 19mm Adj. rear sway bar.

 

Yea Way. Get your rear to Indy. hahaha

 

I've been drooling over the WMW Suspension Package for my new 2011 coper S. If you set up the mod party I might go ahead and jump.

 

Might be interested, depending on dates. I have so much I want to get done though, might have too many things for a mod party (head, cam, tune, IC, possibly header).

Have a pesky coolant leak I need to fix first though...

 

I live in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and am also interested. Please let me know when you plan to do this. I would love to drive up.

They're predicting the last of the snow from this year to melt on September 2nd.

They're predicting the first snowfall for next winter September 9th.

Pretty tight window...

 

Plenty of time, that leaves 4 days to clean wax, 2 days to get the tyre pressure worked out, 1 day for mods, and 1 for motoring.

Hmm, I wonder if Sunshine MINIs have this trouble?

 

Just bought my MINI about a week ago and have been trying to find a group that likes to wrench on the cars. I had been part of a jeep forum for awhile and we would meet about every other month and have a wrench fest. I would be really interested to attend any gathering/s that may be taking place

We were working on a mod party last year, but not enough takers, had one the year before that was quite well attended. We have several members who have existing mods and love to chat about them.
