Our club met yesterday, and despite the rains, we got in a fun run of canyon twisties, and finished off the day by detailing our dirty MINIs.

While my MINI is normally pristine, this has got to be the first time in his 54,000 miles (3 years) of being this filthy! I think we just created a new format for our meets.

Instead of just meeting to clean our cars, we're going to do short fun runs, then come back and have a reason to clean our cars!

In January Redwood Empire had a run to Pointe Reyes Run. We got so dirty the CHP actual pulled over one of our members and told her to get her car washed because he couldn't see her tags.

If it had rained more around here you could have put your MINI out on the street and it would have been cleaner after the rain.
