Believe it or not it wasn't a double exposure... It was so dark out I ended up using a 30 second shutter and my friend jumped in the picture, we then tried a few times to get it to work right and ended with that one.

Another Pentax shooter here. K10D. I don't take the camera out nearly as much as I should, but I'm slowly buying more goodies to make those shots pop.

Speaking of, on a recent trip to NYC, I made the mistake of walking into B&H, so I bought the AF 540 FGZ flash. On credit. Now I just need some better glass...

other self portrait...

I shot these a few weeks ago while I was having "quality time" with my camera and instruction manual, learning all the wonderful in-camera processing tricks. I needed a 'face' to work with but my teens ran and hid!
So like the scientist of long ago, I got to be the subject~

Thats as good as it gets~

Went out for practice with my paintball team this weekend. Our team commander got a damn good shot on me. I thought it'd make a great picture.

I'm back... sort of

Hey guys, I'm back... for a minute, lol. I miss being on here but I've just been super-out-of-my-mind-busy. But, I decided to take a break from life and post a shot I took about 3 months ago. This is actually the first "real" shot I took with my new Pentax. Yes, I did Photoshop it for effect but I think it's better this way. What do you think?

Thanks! Yes, they are brothers, and they are my babies

The more I look at it (and tinker with it in Photoshop, lol) the more I love it. I was afraid that I had been looking at it for so long that I had lost my ability to be objective. It's good to see that I have not gone totally crazy, hehe.

I got your PM and I sent you an invite

That's a nice shot. I really love old theaters with the huge marquees like that but we don't have any here. But I'm going to Atlanta next week and maybe I can get some shots of the Fox Theatre.

I've never heard of Brian Regan... yes, I live in a cave.
