My Hometown

Hello,
Having recently seen the June Photo Contest thread I mentioned it to a few friends of mine that are into Photography and one of them came up with a concept that he wanted to try out. We reviewed the rules and quickly learned that it was outside the criterium for the contest.

KMan however decided that he wanted to put it together anyhow. Not for the contest, but because he could.

Here is our take on the theme; though heavily photoshopped we liked the results.

Again, this is NOT for the contest, just for your viewing enjoyment.

Comments are welcome.

Very nice, it would also be cool to include the mountains- maybe shadow them behind the MINI or something. I'm sure you've been here but if not go up to "The Fort" resturant and get a shot from there-it has an amazing view on metro Denver below- and the food is very good too!

Where's the cash register (wells fargo center?) it seems to be missing from Denver's skyline. Pretty cool pic though!

It's still there I assure you. The angle makes it less obvious as does the placement. As fate would have it that building is in the front wheel on the driver's side. it sort of blends in with the wheel, so it's harder to tell.

Thanks in general for the comments guys, it's always nice to know that someone likes things like this!
