BRG/W MC turning onto State St. e/b from Wauwatosa Ave. down in the village. He/she was either in a hurry, or maybe just the same disgruntled driver that skankrabbit encountered the other day...5 rolling/non stops in a row and nearly broke the sound barrier up 70th street (25mph posted).

Not that I was keeping track, but it ticks me off when people fly through residential areas (especially with tight streets). Don't get me wrong, I'm all for knees in the breeze out in the country, but the city is really a gamble...one I'm not willing to take.

I was passed on my street this morning by a Jeep Cherokee, of all things. Very residential, and not even near a thoroughfare.

Anyway, driving down to Chicago this morning, I spotted two black MINIs and a pepper white MINI in the KRM I-94 corridor heading towards Milwaukee. No one headed my way. :(

 

DS/B MCS with bonnet stripes & a MM sticker parked at Brookfield Sq. near Sears this evening ~5:30pm. I parked next to you while I ran into the mall for 5 minutes. Still there when I left.

 

That sounds like me--I have the receipt from Sears to prove it (no time stamp, though, just a date stamp)!

Spotted an '07 AB/B MCS coming out of the GE Healthcare lot in Waukesha at 5. Met up at the light at I-94, gave him a thumbs-up and got a wave-back.

 

HB/W MC yesterday at 4:30pm on HWY100 across from Mayfair.

You were right behind me. And I waved. And you waved.

Alright, maybe I'm goin' crazy, but I saw a Mini with a giant can of Red Bull on it's back yesterday!

It was parked in front of Mama Mia's on Burleigh and 78ish (around 6:30pm). If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have taken a pic of it with my phone...

Has anyone else seen this around town???

 

Oh yeah... the RedBull mini is around quite often. You see it a bunch downtown just driving around... occasionally stopping and handing out free redbull.

 

I was passed by an '07 DS/B MCS on Rt. 45 N/B between Silver Spring/Good Hope around 2pm today. I saw her come up in my rear-view and was able to pull out one of my motoring message cards from the glovebox to flash her as she passed. "Nice Smile," indeed!

Also saw a blue/purple MCS with "U" bonnet stripes heading east on I-94 E/B around Moorland. Driver was in the far right lane and on her cell phone.

 

CR/(don't remember if it was W or B) MC leaving the GE Healthcare lot on Hwy T around 7.

LY/B MCS heading north on Hwy T shortly thereafter.

No waves.

 

Passed a CR/B MC w/b on I43 around Mooreland Rd. ~7:45am. I gave a wave, didn't see a response...but he was behind me by then.

AB/W MC e/b on I43 between hwy164 and 83

 

CR MINI with the license plate "L8 IML8" spotted at my local Pick 'n' Save parking lot. Was gone when I returned. Thought the plate was good for a chuckle.

 

All black (even the wheels) AB/AB MC, and then about a 1/2 mile back an AB/W MC eastbound on I43 @ Racine Ave in Muskego ~7:50am. No wave, both ladies were very intent on the road directly in front of them.

Come on, people...lets MOTOR - be aware of your Surroundings...not JUST the 25ft of pavement in front of your car.

 

Spotted an older gent motoring in a LY MCC (top down, of course) two cars behind me at the entry ramp to southbound 45 at Good Hope around 3-ish this afternoon. He eventually passed and exchanged a thumbs-up/wave-back. Kept up through traffic to westbound 94 but passed him after Moorland Rd.

D'ohh! Sorry :( Yeah, I was in the neighborhood looking to get some pics around the lake but I forgot to charge my camera battery. Would you believe I saw a cabrio with the top up? Driver must not like the wind a whole lot. Nice day for a drive otherwise.

It was a excellent parking spot, but I would put it more in the line of "folk singer" parking- because it was actually quite a bit further from where we were going. I was going to park in the Water Street structure, but there was still an attendant when we arrived (maybe there's one there most Saturday nights).

Beautiful evening to sit down on the deck at the Ale house and listen to tunes.

Parked on University near UW-Waukesha, a (new? had temporary plates) hot orange MCSC.

If anyone finds themselves heading east on I-94 just past exit 293, there's a billboard advertising the R56 MC ("GAS-O-LEAN.") on the north side, after crossing an overpass. Bit hard to spot unless you're really looking for it.

 

Saw a blue MCS with U-stripe heading east on Bluemound around Hwy 164...err, Hwy F. Flashed lights, thanks for the wave

 

someone has an all black MCS that is parked in front of a archetecture firm in Twin Lakes.

i ALWAYS beep when i see it on the way to dropping off stuff at the embroiderer.

 

So... does spotting a few MINIs in the Lake Geneva area count as a Milwaukee MINIs spotting??? Unfortunately, I didn't bring the MCC this trip

• HO/B MCSC parked off 50 (Hillmore?)
• PW/B MCS parked at a b&g.. can't remember which one

 

I don't know, seems to be more folks from "the land down under" in Lake Geneva - than resident Wisconsinites

However, I guess you could post them here as a technicality (being that MMS is the only Wisconsin listing.
