Driving Schools
Badger Bimmers is in the final stages of planning its Driver Education track events for the upcoming season. We have instructors for any Mini club member who would like a safe but exciting introduction to driving on a sports car track. Check our website badgerbimmers.org. All our contacts are there.

I participated in their Safe Driver clinic (which was at State Fair's parking lot) last year and had a blast. If you are interested in doing track events, I would definitely check them out!
Charles,
I joined the BMW club this past winter, with a hopes to get into this--I'm a neophyte, starting from scratch, and I'd love to go to these driving schools, with the hope of autocrossing someday. I see the schools listed at the website, but how do you sign up (or is it too early to sign up yet?)?

we won't start registration until about six weeks before
In the meantime, if you haven't joined the national BMW club (which will then send your name and address to our membership chair, Paul S.) you can do that first. I.e., you have to join once to run the event - I get mine in 2 year increments and I do all our events every year. I think its $40.
Use BMWCCA as the google and you'll see how.
