Snow Tires Yipes Already!

I'm trading my 05 MCS for an 06 MCS/JCW with JCW Brakes. This makes the snow package which I got from the Tire Rack last November unususble as the JCW caliper is too big for the wheel. Alex at the Tire Rack checked it out and the gap would equal 3 sheets of paper. Not enough gap for the JCW but great for an MCS. These are Michelin Pilot Alpins, 195/60R15H mounted and balanced on ASA 5 spoke 15 inch alloy wheels. This was a package recommended by Alex for the MCS. They were great on snow and ice last winter. I would leave SUV's at a redlight like they were standing still in 3-5 inches of fresh snow or even on hardpack. They are not too loud on the highway and or dry pavement. They handle well for a high profile snow tire.
They have about 1900 miles on them. One of the tires does have a plug and internal patch in the center of the tread, repaired by Goodyear after I found a thin nail.
The repair should be good for the normal life of the tire. Depending on your mileage, they should last several winters.
I paid over $700 last November. I am asking $400, delivered to your door provided that you live within 100 miles of Milwaukee. PM me if you are interested. I did not post on the tire forum as I am trying to avoid the shipping hassle. Not the greatest pics, I'm still learning.

That's a great deal! If I didn't already have a set of snows, I'd snap these up
