The St. Louis Mini Club will meet at the European Car Show on June 8th, 2003. This car show benefits the St. Louis Shriners Hospital for Children, so come out and check out some cool European cars! Here are the details:

Sunday, June 8th, 2003
Setup: 10am-11am
Show time: 11am-3pm
Plaza Frontenac, Lindbergh Blvd. and Clayton Rd.
Admission for spectators is free. Donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children will be accepted.
Cardwells will be providing box lunches and drinks for purchase. Bottled water will also be available.
Parking for spectators will be outside of the show area.

So this would theoretically be the day after the Columbia drive? Cool, an entire weekend of MINI events! And I should (almost definitely) have my car by then! Sign me up! (figuratively speaking). Thanks for orging all the great events!

 

Are lots of us registering our MINIs to be in the show? or is this more of a "let's all go to the show as a group" kind of thing? I don't go to many car shows and have certainly never had a car worthy of entering in one, so this is new to me...

I registered my car for the event, so we can all have somewhere to meet and pickup t-shirts. Everyone is welcome to register if you wish. At the very least, everyone can attend the car show for free, meet at my MINI to talk Minis, and pickup t-shirts and stickers!

I know that there are over 110 cars registered right now, so it should be a great show. Come out, see some cool cars, and chat with other STLMINI members!
