Where are the Iowa Drivers?

I was only able to find one old post leading to a Des Moines club. Are there others in Southeast Iowa interested in get-togethers? There are a couple of us Mini owners in Iowa City interested in starting a club. E-mail if interested!

I started a yahoogroup for teh Omaha Council Bluffs area if you want to join that one. We need some people too. Perhaps one club to cover that whols area?

I was sorry to have missed this one. A wedding (not mine) out of state was calling. From a photo generously sent to me and description, it looked and sounded like a nice event. Will hope to make the next!

When I registered my Mini, they told me I had the only one in Poweshiek County. I live in Grinnell (centrally located between Iowa City and Des Moines) and think it would be a blast to get together with other Mini owners in Iowa -- positively subversive when you count the number of SUV's!

All Iowa MINI owners are welcome to drop me a note to get on our invitation list. Our first event was held in Cedar Rapids in October. 14 MINIs participated. We hope to hold a similar even in the spring.
