I got this email from Bulldogmini regarding Ohio MINI meets and thought everyone should see whats going on. You may want to let him know directly if you are planning on attending the events listed if he has requested a RSVP.

**Meeting Thursday the 25th at the Gahanna O'Charleys (east of Columbus) Ohio (Morse and Hamilton) to discuss MINI club etc.**

LOCAL (NEW) MINI CLUB.
There has been some recent interest regarding starting a Central Ohio New
MINI Club since MiniOKI has been shut down/discarded.
* Would you be interested in joining a "formal" club?
* What events interest you (driving, social, "formal" meetings, etc?
* How many times a year would you like to get together?
* What "services" could you offer the club?
* How often should a newsletter be published?
* Would you be willing to coordinate and host events?
* What annual dues do you feel are reasonable? (most clubs are in the $15-25
range)
* Other thoughts


FALL COLOURS TOUR - Sunday 10/5
I've run (and re-run) the Fall Colours Tour twice over the past couple
of
Sundays and it should be a fun day. The original route was over 250
miles long -
which may have been a tad too long for some. So I took the best roads
from
that route and cut it down about in half. We'll head north-east into
the
Licking, Holmes, Knox, and Coshocton County area on some great "Twisty
Bit" roads.
Some typical British "B" roads and scenery.

We'll leave Westerville at 9:00am and spend about 4 hours winding our
way
through the rolling hills of east-central Ohio finishing at Roscoe
Village in
Coshocton for lunch at 1:30. There will be a few places en-route to get
snacks,
etc. if you wish. After lunch, you can either head home or spend some
time
exploring the village.

To ensure I print enough copies of the directions and give the
restaurant an
accurate headcount for lunch, please RSVP by Tuesday, 9/30.

Greetings from Pittsburgh, PA. I was wondering which Quaker Steak you guys were planning on meeting at on October 13th? It's not the one in Sharon (OH/PA border) by chance is it? If so I think I can get out of work early enough to drop by and hang with the OH folks!

I will discuss the fall foilage tour with my wife and get back to BulldogMini if we can make it. Sounds like fun.

The tour was faboo - lotsa twisties, no fall colors, 20 MINIs, 4 or 5 Minis, and a guy mooning us along the way!
