Is anyone going to British Car Union presents BRITISH CAR FESTIVAL at Moraine Valley Community College Palos Hills, Illinois (Chicago Suburb)? This is one that I always go to. I'm planning to drive up the day of from Indy. I hope to see others there...

Thats actually the same day the Chicago MINI Motoring Club's Baseball Rally this year. We'll have over 100 people at the baseball game and close to 50 to 60 MINIs.

Unfortunately the only possibly day we could do the baseball rally fell on the same day as the British Car Union. Several us participated last year though. That sucks. For some reason I thought the baseball rally was on Saturday. Too bad.

Anyway, if anyone from Indy who is not going to the baseball game (Milwaukee is too far for most of us Hoosiers to drive to and return in the same day) are going to the British Car Union event, I will be leaving Indianapolis Sunday morning from the northwest side at about 7am/7:30am. I'm not much for caravanning, but I would like to see other MINIs there. It shall be a day trip.

 

There will probably be some cars from Minis In Northern Illinois club there..

Isn't that almost certain! It's one of the reasons I always try to go. Wasn't able to make it last year, but I also swore to myself I would this year. It's just too much fun! In fact, my wife actually had a good time 2 years ago.
