I couldn't stand it anymore. I installed a MINI Sirius Radio setup. I can't say it added very many more horsepower, but it sure sounds good, not to mention the car looks clean again.
How did you do it? Did it come with a new shark fin antenna or was a seperate antenna?

I took out the backseat, all the trimings in the boot, similiar to what one might do to prepare for race day. I was able to pull down the headliner, to peek and work though the access cover in the headliner. It took me a long time, but thats ok.
I had to replace the existing antenna with a new one. The new one looks similiar to the one you have now, only it's gloss black, and the blob sits towards the rear of the ant instead of the front. I had to purchase the satelite compatable rod as well. I've seen the shark style, but I didnt research it in advance. Had I done that, I probably would've wanted it painted white to match.
