I need to leave it tonight, is that going to be ok? By the way, my finacial flow restrictor does not need to know all what we are doing lol.

Steve
I wish that worked with mine.
It isn't. You have to go through one of sparco's dealers, or call them direct and specificly ask for it. I can;t remember the specific part numbers, but theres one for the left and right....
Well, i wasn;t sure if you were a licenced sparco dealer or not... It might be cheeper to go through a third party to get them....
Some things are better left to "omg, you're right! I have no idea how those parts got on the car. Maybe I'm supposed to demo & provide feedback to part company for CMS....I'll have to look into this." Or, there's always the slush fund.
Steve
The numbers in that PDF are not right, unless they updated it in the last couple months. I highly recomend you contact sparco's customer service to get the right numbers....
I know I've been asking a couple of you about header-work the past couple of days. Special shout-outs to: Dr.Steve, Sir Bradley, Blake, Gnatster, Sid, & BahamaBart for answering my questions & advising on the "what if's" associated with my project. Your help & input was **greatly** appreciated.
Nick & Shelly had referred me to Muffler Outpost in Clovis (phone: 559.323.5670), which is where Adam had his Scionyde header/exhaust work completed. Also, a buddy of mine had his Buick Grand National drag car custom exhaust work finished by Daryl & I had gotten some feedback from several other people (who have custom cars) that Daryl (owner of Muffler Outpost) really knew his stuff. All good things to hear.
The scary part for me is out of the hundreds of installs Daryl's done, this was his first Mini Cooper & he called me several times to make sure I was ok with what he'd be doing, ie. shortening ends on Magnaflow high-flow cat & welding it directly to Comptech header due to lack of room to flange cat onto header. It took approximately 6 hours of manuevering, test-fitting, tack welding, etc. to finally get fit & clearance needed for 02 bungs.
Some of our conversations revolved around lengthening my O2 sensor wiring or wiring up my O2 simulator in the event of SES trigger/code-throwing. Ultimately, Daryl flipped the cat sideways which created enough clearance for the O2 sensor & we didn't have to do either of the above options. Also, having the flange milled by the machine shop + Mini Madness locking header bolts helped ensure proper seating to exhaust manifold and should eliminate any potenial leaks.
This afternoon, I picked up the car & everything's been a-ok. Now, between the Comptech header, Borla race exhaust & M7 AGS, the car sounds like a Hayabusa around 4-5rpm. I'm having lots of fun revving, shifting & boosting back up.
For custom header/exhaust projects where you need this kind of assistance, I'd highly recommend Daryl (aka "the 3" exhaust master"). Plus, the pricing was fantastic for all the labor done. Muffler Outpost: 1031 Barstow Avenue #D * Clovis.
