Never heard of Jax wax. You can fill us in at Sonic. I've been using Prima Epic with applications of Prima Hydro with each wash. So far so good. Lots of good products out there.

 

I have some jax wax. if I can make it I will bring it if I can remember.

 

The wife, kids and I are thinking about coming tonight. We just picked up our 09 Horizon Blue Clubman on Monday and are looking forward to meeting other Mini owners in the area!

We were planning on getting up there around 6:30 tonight. I think that my wife was looking for an excuse to go to Polaris tonight.

 

I should also be there around 6:30 I need to run home and walk the dog then I am headed that way. I am going to get a huge drink as well mmmmm Sonic drinks!

The weather is looking pretty grim up here. May have to bag it tonight.

 

not going to make it tonight. my mini does not like tornadoes or sudden downpours. :(

 

I bet a straight line 70 mph wind would blow it over. Yikes!!!

 

Well, if the weather is nasty that way I guess that we won't be heading up there either. Kind of bummed anyways due to the announcement of the CARS stuff finishing on the 24th. I have a Midnight Black Cooper waiting for me at MAG and it looks like I might not be getting it now. I have an old BMW 535 that is starting to fall apart, but I can't show that I've had it registered for a year until the 30th. I bought it in florida before we moved up here a year ago. It had temp tags and I waited until those were up to switch things up here. Looks like I'm screwed....

 

so I was watching the weather last night and it never rained and I didn't see any tornadoes. I Wish I would have gone to Sonic, who else went?

 

It really looked bad up here, but by 6:30 or so it had pretty much cleared out. Lets see who was there, Carol, Allen, Jason, Mike & Thu plus the chili09 family. Sorry I am so bad with names.

It was a beautiful evening to sit outside and visit -- and listen to Allen sniffle and snort! [I give him a hard time but I can relate]

 

Thanks Carol, I'm so bad with names. It turned out to be a very nice evening, great company. Glad I decided to come over.

 

Remember there's a Sonic at 3290 Olentangy River Rd., right near Riverside Hospital as well, just south of the hospital curve off 315, if a more central location works better for everyone. Maybe next time we can do that one...

 

We had Lil' B.A.D.'s pre-school orientation last night (can't believe he is that old already), so we couldn't make out. They just opened a new Sonic across from Mt. Carmel East and it has been packed. On a side note, one of the big bosses at work drove his new Ferrari California to the office today!

 

Brian, they grow up so fast. Our little guy is now 22. Where does the time go?

We could all go to the Sonic closest to us & have a conference call.

 

We have pre-school orientation next week. Not sure we're ready for it, but time sure does fly by. Great to see everyone again last night. Can't wait for the next outing. Happy Motoring!
