The MidOhioMotoring.com site, that has been sort of a red headed stepchild, has been transferred back to me and I will most likely post the old site up (graphics, etc) and add to as needed. What we hope to have is a calendar HERE on NAM (as I have requested, etc) and a Photo collection of some sort. Ideally these would be public so anyone would be able to post but maybe there would some sort of moderator (maybe Crashton) that would keep **** and such out...

As the club site was mostly informational and not a community style site I want to balance the new/old site with just that and make sure we keep the traffic and forums on a site that is stable, etc. like it is here.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

The domain is in limbo while I wait for my server to get prepped for the website to be FTP'd so it is currently DOWN!!!

I feel having a photo gallery that anyone can drop stuff into has the potential to become a real problem. Why not let folks drop their pictures into Photobucket (free) & they can post a link to their pictures or the pictures themselves in the Photo thread that is already stickied there?

 

Can you imagine how this thread would be interpreted if it was read by someone in the 60's? Crashton keeping the **** out....photo thread...stickied
