Snow

I keep hearing on the news about a blizzard or something. I don't know what all the fuss is about I just went outside and only sunk to my knees

Hope all are safe and warm today, too bad this didn'y happen next weekend it would be a great parade

Yeah. You have to watch those white MINIs in the snow. I saw 3 today on High Street.

Good thing they didn't have "stubby" antennas, wait... there could have been more out there

wow, went outside to shovel the drive and my MC seems to have grown a 'couple' inches!!

Be careful out there everyone! Remember, most of these people seem to think their 4x4s will allow them to remain control regardless of the road conditions!

OFF T: I'm wanting to buy a set of used Winter tires/wheels. Is it generally better to buy them at the "end" of the season or at the beginning?

I'm a believer in snow tires. We have 4 cars here 3 are on winter tires. It still snowed. Maybe if the Miata were on snows? Hmmm.

I'm also a member of LAME. I'm inside watching the snow.

snow tires are so over rated. you need old amercain metal rear wheel drive on tires that looked like they where shaved for track use back in the day.

Carol and I are down in sunny San Antonio and are feeling sorry for you all. We delayed our flight back until Monday night hoping Port Columbus is somewhat back to normal by then. We don't have our MINI of course, but the rented Honda Accord is amazingly fun to drive (but no MINI of course). We're driving up through Hill Country tomorrow. Stay warm -- we sure are!

I took my wifes car out last night to go play poker with some friends, only got stuck twice and peopled pushed me out both times. I get home at midnight and the snow plow had just passed and blocked my driveway. So at midnight I was out shoveling snow to get her car back in the garage. And I didn't even win any money at poker :(

You need to clean your garage so the Mini will fit, or build an addition

I followed a guy in a Boxster the other day and he destroyed his nose cone on a peice of ice, but at leaset he cleared the way for me!
