we do have the best 'club' ever. I think we need to raise the dues to keep some of the riff-raff out. What do you think?

stinkin LAME badges.... I want one... I would even drive 2:15 minutes to get one, on a third Saturday of the month.....unless they can make their way north.... in October around the 13th......

I've been kinda busy. I think it should look more like my tatoo. (will post picture later) Just show up to Red Robin sometime 10/13 to see it. Still like the outline I'm not coloring it in.

Who can do these up for us, if we decide to make some? I left it generic (no refefence to central Ohio) in case others in different clubs wanted them.

 

Why not put little Ohio emblems between the letters?

I do have to say your comment on duct tape has truly hurt my inner Psyche. Guess I'll have to double my meds now.

 

I'd buy a black letter version...can't take the idea of Ohio being a "red" or a "blue" state at all. Besides, what's wrong with buckeyes, anyway...or cardinals [the birds, I mean], or even red carnations? Don't ya like our state? I thought only Texans and those people from the state up North were anti-Ohio....

 

We have to be nice to Matt & ask him into be the purveyor of LAME badges. As of now they are unobtainium.

 

I'm game for LAME Naturally, I like the black letter version OK Chuck, (with right hand up and left hand on bible) I WILL display the LAME badge and the Old Fart Motoring Club badge on my car I've got to figure out how to add them without losing the bad boy look

Allen, I use to work with a lady that had Hello Kitty seat covers in her Civic. I think I still have her cell #, I could try and hook you up with a set.

 

should this replace our standard badge for the club? I need to re order anyways and now would be a good time...or should this be in addition to the other one?

Depends... Are the MoM badges still selling? That's the "official" club name for Central Ohio... these are more of a novelty, and the way I designed it, they can be used anywhere and by any group. of course, I just whipped these up with no consultation or feedback from Chuck (the LAME-Master), so...

I'd say keep the MoM badges if they're selling - maybe one day, we'll get off our, erm, LAME butts and form a "proper" club, one with dues and shirts and monthly drives - the works. Every time I go to Quaker Steak and see the guys in the MG club with their organized groups and all, I gotta ask "How do they do it?"
