Is there a Tidewater Club? IF so, where and when do you meet? I'm still hanging out with the MiataNuts but I need like minded fanatics to talk MINI. I am trying to convert Miataphiles to the MINI, and I think I'll be keelhauled for it soon.

 

I am suppose to get my MINI this friday and also have a miata that I'm trading in. I have been wondering if there is a local club to meet around here also. I have helped start one club already strictlycelica.com but would be interested in making a MINI club also.

You must be the person who posted on the Tidewater MINICCA board. Sorry! It's a fairly new board, I mainly use it to host pictures.

I think a local club would be a good idea. Over on MINI2, where I usually post, there is a member trying to get a local Hampton Roads club together.

I like to organize an occasional event, but am not in town enough for administration of a club. If you want to work with Robert Moreau, I'll help any way I can.

 

Hey Tidewater crew,

I wanted to see if there has been any movement or if anyone has had the intestinal fortitude to actually get a HR Group together. You wouldn't think it would be too hard, seeing how many folks showed up for the italian job opening. My order just went in for my EB/W S, and I should have her by mid-August. Looking forward to sharing good info with everyone... hope your week goes well.
