I recently aquired a 2008 Clubman S that needs some TLC. I have done a couple of things myself, but without a Mini specific code reader, I feel like I am gambling with some of the fixes. I will post the specific issues in the appropriate forums, but I wanted to ask more generally...

Does anyone have an independant shop they recommend?

Does anyone have a Mini specific reader (not tied to their VIN) that I could use?
