Prestige MINI in Mahwah
I just can't help myself. This is a GREAT service department.
I brought my car in for a swishing noise in the front end.
5PM and I get a call "the rack was bad, so we replaced it. And since we replaced it, we needed to align all four wheels, so we did that. But while we had her on the lift we noticed a smudge by the oil pan gasket. So we replaced that, which of course means we had to do an oil change."
And they even washed it.
I don't know if I'm more thrilled with MINI USA for paying for all of this, or Mahwah for getting it done.
It's worth the trip. This is a good dealership.

Bought my MINI from Morristown but after servicing it there a number of times and being treated poorly (both me and my MINI), I've switched to Prestige. I've serviced it there twice now and they do a phenomenal job and treat both the customer and your MINI with great care and respect. They've earned my loyalty. It's too bad too for Morristown b/c their sales staff is top notch. But their service dept is awful. Just awful.
Thanks for sharing that. I was planning to buy from Morristown since my brother works for one of the dealerships affiliated with them. But after your experience and others from the dealer rating report I'm gonna go with Prestige.
