Looking for rims (and R-compound tires?) and Schrott (sp?) D

I live in Northern Virginia and am looking to buy a set of 16" rims (the lighter the better), hopefully already fitted with R-compound tires (Kumho's or Hoosier's). Am willing to travel within a 100-mile radius for pick-up purposes.
Also, has anyone had any experience with the new Schrott (sp?) MINI-specific racing harness. Am interested in your opinion of said harness (before I fork out the cash...)
