We have a new forum!
Just thought I'd start things up here on the new regional MEXICAN forum, so CHOBE, MEXMINIME or anyone else for that matter, feel free to post!
You might also call this the "Free Spanish lesson forum" so feel free to post in Spanish, English or Spanglish... (We'll keep it clean)
-Oh, and thanks to mferguson for creating this forum!

Yay, thanks for the Mexican Forum. So far three Mexicans, let´s hope more join us.

I actually have two questions for either Mexicans or people who drive on rough roads. Does the Mini have interior rattles? should i specially check something when I receive the car? (So far after Calvin77´s experience with the trunk release, I have that one on my list.

The other question goes to people who have installed the metallic trim in the bumpers, how expensive is it in the US and how do you install it?

Thanks

Tic... Tic... Tic... waiting for my Mini... they gave me a next week date, let´s hope it comes for "Reyes" (wizard kings) after all it´s toy, right?

Hi.. I am from Monterrey Mexico, thanks for this forum, i have been surfing "mini
online" and it is greate. i have my mini cooper pepper (silver & black) for about
2 months 1,800 km. it has been incredible fun. to answer one question, yes we have
a few bad roads and streets and yes I have rattles, one is in the trunk and the
other on the back left side that I can't locate (is not the sefty belt). I have a question if I change tires, can the ride be smoother, and if so what kind and mesure. Excuse my english....A mini fan in Mexico

Bienvenido:

Suerte!

Rough Roads

Driving in Mexico can be a lot of fun if you know your way around. The rough roads can be challenging as you do not want bang up your mini but nonetheless improve your driving skills. I know my way around Tijuana and the Baja really well, great place to take a Mini on a road trip!!!
