New Guy

Hello,

New guy here. Just bought a 2011 MCS from Mini of Dallas.

Just wanted to say hello. Came from a 2000 M Coupe.

Hi new guy --welcome to NAM. By the way, as 2011 owners have already reported, the direct injection that BWM just added to the motor for '11 is a bit noisey at idle --so no worries if it sounds like a diesel at idle

It also hisses when I turn it off.

I'm guessing it's normal?
