I've got an Outmotoring ARC Armrest for sale. It fits 02/03/04 rear cupholders. It comes with all the mounting hardware as well as some rubber spacers to adjust the height of the armrest. The pad has a 1/8" blemish on the back of it, though it is not noticable once installed. I was going to recover the pad in leather but never got around to it.
